Stand holding a railing or fixed bar. Move onto your toes as you explosively jump up with both legs, kicking your heels toward your bum.
This can also be done in an alternating fashion.

Movement:
Lie in a supine position (on your back), with your knees bent and feet flat. Raise one leg off the floor (not too low) and gently lift your hips till your body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee.
Contract the glutes and hamstrings as you pause for a few seconds. Drop down slowly and repeat.
For people with lower back problems, careful to keep the elevated leg too low. If there’s still a slight arch in the lowerback you can lift your head slightly to push the lowerback into floor for more support.
