V up Crunches

 

Movement:

As you lie down on your back hold both legs pointing up toward the ceiling. Spread them shoulder width apart. Lift your arms to crunch up to one foot and slowly lower yourself down.

You can crunch up to just the one side for “X” amount of reps OR you can alternate.

Unilateral knee in crunch

 

Movement:

With your hands beside ears, keep one leg bent and your foot on the floor. Raise the other leg slightly of the floor with a bend in the knee. Bring the knee toward your chest as you do a slight crunch and control the movement down. Repeat on the one side before switching over to the other.
