Wide Grip EZ Bar Curls

Arms a bit wider than shoulder width. Keep elbows still as you curl the weight up and control the movement down, no elbow or shoulder movement. Targets Biceps Brachii (targets the long head of the bicep). Targets the heads of the biceps differently, also taking a bit of strain off the wrists for those who can’t do BB Curls.
