Stand with legs slightly apart, Grasp DB with a Hammer Grip. Raise the DB with one arm to eye level. Drop down and repeat. Do not alternate, keep on the same arm and switch after desired reps have been achieved .

Movement:
Stand with legs slightly apart and back straight. Grasp the bar with a wider than shoulder width grip as it rests on your thighs. Pull the bar up along the body to the chin, leading with the elbows. Lower to starting point in a controlled manner.
