Wide Grip Pushdown

Grasp the handle with an overhand grip, hands on wide points of the bar, keeping the elbows tucked in to the body throughout the whole movement. Extend the forearms and return to the starting point. Targets the lateral head of the triceps.

Tricep Kickbacks

Stand with knees slightly bent and lean forward at the waist, maintaining a straight back. Bend the elbows and hold the upper arms horizontally alongside the body (think grasshopper). Extend the forearm and return to start position. Targets the triceps brachii.
