Use a shoulder width grip, curl the bar up, keeping elbows still. At the end of the curl, use the chest and shoulders to push the weight straight up and control the movement down, keeping the elbows in. Great functional exercise for the biceps, triceps and shoulders.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
