Start in a pushup position with arms extended, jump in with your legs and jump straight up to do a pull-up. Return to start position and repeat. Great explosive full body workout. To make this exercises a bit harder you can do a Plyo Pull up instead of the Normal pull up.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
