Carefully get on top of the SB, keep focused and keep your abs tight. Focus on your breathing… when you are standing on the ball bring your arms forward to assist with balance… carefully drop down to a squat position, keep focus and stand back up. Targets core and quad muscles. Strengthens stabilizing muscles.
