Movement:
This exercise involves a seated knee extension movement under load. Sit in a “tall” body position with feet in harnesses (as shown). Choose a lighter weight to start. Grab the handles to the sides of the seat and firmly pull down so that the glutes never come off the seat. Once the pelvis and upper body are fixed, perform knee extension movements.
