Vertical Seated Rows

Rest firmly against the pad,,, grab the edges of the bar with an overhand grip and pull it up towards you,,, chest stays on the pad, no jerking ,,, Targets the upper and middle back. Can also use an underhand grip to work more middle back and muscles toward the spine.

 

Underhand Grip Cable Rows

With an underhand grip, knees slightly bent, pull the bar towards you, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Can stand with one leg in front of the other to help with better balance. Targets the lower upper back and middle back.
