Start in an upright position, do a Shoulder Press with the DB, put them down and from there walk forward with your arms to an extension just beyond the chest, do a push up and walk it back out to an upright position. Grabbing the DB as you stand up and do a shoulder press. Great stabilizing exercise, work the shoulder and chest muscles.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
