Stand upright resting the bar on your palms, elbows tucked in holding the bar at shoulder height, drop down to do a squat (make sure your knees aren’t pointing over your toes, keep your back straight) and as you stand up do a shoulder press and put the bar on your back. Do a squat and come up and do a behind neck press. Bring bar to front and repeat. Targets quads and shoulders.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
