Hold the bar with an overhand grip, let the bar slide down in front of the shins, bending down as you do so. Keep the back straight so keep your head lifted. Make sure your knees aren’t pointing over your toes. Stand up from the bottom position and do a bicep curl as you get up. Full body Exercise.
