Lie on an bench and grasp the EZ bar with a close overhand grip and arms vertical. Lower the bar to the forehead, keeping your elbows tucked in, or lower behind the head. Return to the starting position. Targets the triceps brachii. Dropping the bar to the forehead targets the lateral and medial head more and dropping the bar behind the head targets the long head of the tricep more intensely.
