At the cable machines grab the high pulleys. Keep your elbows up, don’t drop them, and curl them towards your ears. Squeeze it and slowly return it back to the starting position. Do not stand too far forward, be in line with the cables to ensure your shoulders are in their natural position. Targets the Biceps Brachii and brachialis.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
