Hold the weight with an underhand grip, weight hanging off the bench a bit. Only wrist curl movement. No arm movement… slightly curl the weight up and return to start. Targets the flexor muscles of the forearms.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
