Hold the bar with an underhand grip, legs close together, bend down, keeping your back straight. Hold your head up to keep your spine neutral. Let the weight down and pull in the hammies before contracting from the hammies to pull the weight back up. When in the upright position do a bicep curl and control the weight down to starting point and repeat.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
