Be sure to keep your back straight, pull the bar towards you, keeping your elbows tucked in (not flaring out)and passing the body till the bar is against your tummy, squeezing the shoulder blades together at the end of the movement. Targets the lower upper part of the back along with the middle back.
Always remember quality is better than quantity. Be in control of the weight, the weight should not control you. Make every rep count.
